notice statute 〈美〉善意买主权利优先法 登记法〔recording act〕的一种。它规定，成立在先的财产转让文书，如其未经登记，则不能对抗此后的善意买主〔bona fide purchaser〕，只要该人已支付对价并且对于在先发生的财产转让不知情。在该等制定法中，善意买主也可以指善意的债权人或抵押权人，并且无论在后的善意买主登记与否，其权利都优先于在先发生的权益。美国半数以上的州均有此法。 (→race statute; race-notice statute)

Pretended Title Statute 〈英〉《虚幻权利法》 即1540年《非法转让权益法》〔Bill of Bracery and Buying of Titles〕。该法禁止任何人买卖地产权，除非卖主此前已收取一年的土地收益，或已实际占有土地，或实际拥有剩余地产权〔remainder〕或归复地产权〔reversion〕。若违反该法，买卖双方均应向国王及控告者支付罚金。该法为1897年的《土地转让法》〔Land Transfer Act〕所废除。
